Grounding circle is a safe space to come just as you are & cultivate community. We begin each circle with a simple somatic grounding exercise, move into astrology reflection surrounding the new zodiac season, intention setting, followed by a guided meditation & close with open discussion. This is open to all levels of zodiac/astrology & meditation experience. All are welcome here.

This circle is for you if you’re craving community, a place to tap into the moon cycles & a space to nourish your soul. In person grounding circle meets each month around the new moon. We meet in two locations to allow a more intimate setting for each: Dover, NH & Kingston, NH (click the town for dates & sign up).
We begin promptly at start time listed and the experience lasts for about an hour and a half. Please bring a journal/pen & water – it’s important to stay hydrated when doing mindful inner work. All else will be provided.
